My coaching method is grounded in Psychoneuroimmunology; a field of psychology that utilises the science of the brain and the body to enable you to live life in today’s world with greater ease. Using neuroscience techniques, we rewire unhelpful patterns of thinking and doing, and regulate your nervous system. Giving you back control of your emotions, so they don’t control you.
Balancing responsibilities such as work, bills, caring for family and fitting in a social life, eating well and moving enough, can feel overwhelming. The demands of everyday life are hard, making maintaining - let alone improving - your personal health and happiness goals a mammoth task and results in a lot of stress.
I work with people who no longer want to be stuck in this cycle, who know there is a different and better option, but need the help to catalyse their journey to improved health, wellbeing and feeling more like themselves again. Wherever you are on your journey, I can help.
